Jack Barrett
Jack graduated from Hanze Hogeschool, Groningen in 2023 with First Class Honours Degree in Physiotherapy. In 2018, Jack also graduated from London Metropolitan University with an Honours Degree in Sports Therapy. Jack has been a member of the team since performing his final internship in PMC Physiotherapy, and has since developed his skills further by working a number of local sports clubs, such as North Kildare Rugby Football Club, the Meath GAA Football academy, and the Leinster Rugby Clubs team, alongside previous experience with Carrickshock GAA in Kilkenny, and the Carlow/Kilkenny Football Academy.
Before graduating, Jack spent many years coaching rugby in Castleknock College, and at the Leinster Rugby School of Excellence. While studying in Groningen, Jack was a founding member of the Groningen Gaels GAA club, who have since competed across Europe. Jack also spent many summers coaching surfing, sailing, and kayaking in the west of Ireland. Jack also completed an Erasmus in Lisbon, where he worked briefly in the Acute Care Unit in Hospital Egas Monis.
As the head physiotherapist for North Kildare RFC, Jack has a special interest in rugby, but has a great love for all sports.
